Arthritis and Glucosamine, what is the link?

Does Glucosamine restore Cartillage when suffering from hip- arthroses/arthritis?

Answer:
I dont think there is proof that it restores cartillage in any joint. It does seem to lubricate and allowed a joint to function better than to be without glucosamine.
