Why does Tylenol Arthritis come in a child proof bottle? They just do not understand how bad it is for someone that has arthritic hands.

Answer:
I totally agree. Even though I order my meds through merck-medco, I still have bottles from walgreen's for all those same meds. When I get my new supply, I dump the medication into the old bottles and put the relevant info (drug, dose, strength, exp. date) on the outside of the bottle with permanent ink. Walgreen's has caps you turn upside down and can actually open due to their shape. (psst! wanna buy some walgreen's bottles?) Sounded like I was leading up to a sales pitch so I had to make fun of myself. Anyway I like Tylenol arthritis too, though if you read the ingredients it is no different from the regular stuff except in strength, so 2 or 3 regular Tylenol would equal one T.A. On the same shelf where the Tylenol arthritis is, I also saw one similar med that had a cool kind of handle sticking up from the top of the lid. Made it actually relatively easy to open. It was cool. I was tempted to buy it, flush the med, and keep the bottle! Just remember all you Tylenol arthritis people, don't overdo it and don't drink with them! And if you are on ANY anti-inflammatory med or a pain med like vicodin (or T3) you need to seriously check with your doctor, and do your own research, to make sure you aren't gonna eat a hole through your gut or kill off your kidneys and liver.
