Is Herbal Treatment good?

Can anyone suggest herbal remedies which may help in the treatment of finger joint arthritis?

You need to know what you have before you take anything. does paraffin dipping qualify as herbal??? Maybe if something like Green Tea leaves are added. Who knows??
